The Center for Community Health Downtown Los Angeles is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Skid Row, a 10-block area where more than 18,000 homeless individuals reside at any given time.
CCH delivers medical care in a new way with one record, one medical chart and with an integrated team that is centered on patient care.

- HIV treatment and support services

- Substance abuse services
- Pharmacy
- Assistance with acquiring public benefits and access to housing.
