Enhanced Residential Care Services
The Wesley Health Centers – Skid Row Residential Care Facility also known as Enhanced Residential Care (ERC) is a 48 bed facility. This project is first of its kind in the Los Angeles Skid Row area with 24 beds dedicated to Homeless Services and Housing, and 24 beds to Department of Mental Health ERC program.
Our facility provides a high level of care that is not available at most licensed facilities and includes, Case Managers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and Nursing Staff (CNAs/LVNs).

Prohibited conditions:
• Stage 3 or 4 pressure sores (dermal ulcers)
• Gastronomy care or nasogastric tubes
• Staph infection or other serious infections
• Tracheomoties
• Dependent individuals for activities of daily living

No one is turned away due to lack of ability to pay for services or due to being uninsured.
We also offer a sliding fee schedule for persons at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) consider JWCH Institute, Inc. / Wesley Health Centers and its providers as Public Health Services employees, providing malpractice liability protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
