Since 1960, it has been Wesley Health Centers mission to improve access to health care for everyone, regardless of means. Through the efforts of our dedicated staff, we help keep individuals and families healthier while making our community, your community, stronger.

We provide a full continuum of care for our men, women and children in the Los Angeles area. Our services include Primary Health Care, Behavioral Health Care, Homeless Health Care, HIV Services, Oral Health Care, Pharmacy Services, Vision Care and Supportive Services which includes our Chronic Disease Case Management, Youth Services, Housing Assistance, Health Education, Nutritional Assistance and Research.

Corner of Hope

The Corner of Hope facility, in the Skid Row neighborhood, is an expansion of the Center for Community Health Downtown (CCH) health center.  [MORE]

Mini Twelve Step House

WHC’s primary residential service site, and the location of the Mini Twelve Step House Inc.  This residential treatment facility provides a therapeutic environment in a homelike setting where women can begin to regain their self-respect and dignity. [MORE]

Enhanced Services Program

Housing for Health, a program in the Department of Health Services, is partnering with Wesley Health Centers to pilot the Enhanced Services Program (ESP), an interim housing program located at the Weingart Center for the Homeless. [MORE]

Off-site Special

Wesley Health Centers offers its health services to locations where mobility is limited, such as within specific residential areas. These services are generally restricted to the residents of these locations. Locations Include: Abbey Apartments | St. George Hotel | Simone | Project 50 at the Charles Cobb Apartment

NetVan Transportation

For low income and homeless individuals in accessing health and social services by providing free and safe transportation. [MORE]

  • We also have enrollment specialists on-site.

We also offer a sliding fee schedule for persons at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) consider JWCH Institute, Inc. / Wesley Health Centers and its providers as Public Health Services employees, providing malpractice liability protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
