Join us as we celebrate our community for patient appreciation and wellness day.
National Health Center Week at Wesley Health Centers – Norwalk, Lancaster, and Lynwood.
  • Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 | 10am to 1pm

  • Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 | 10am to 1pm

  • Thursday, August 12th, 2021 | 10am to 1pm
    3590 Imperial Highway, Lynwood

We will provide hygiene kits, school supplies for back-to-school, health education information, COVID-19 Vaccination, Lunch and much more (while supplies last).

Please wear a mask and practice social distancing while at our events.  We look forward to celebrating with you in a fun and safe way!
