Join us as we celebrate our community’s health and wellness for National Health Center Week (NHCW) at our Wesley Health Centers – East Hollywood, Pasadena, and Lynwood North. We will provide:
- free glucose screenings
- free blood pressure screenings
- enrollment assistance
- giveaways and more.
You can also schedule your appointment for immunizations, sports and work physicals!
