Patient Appreciation and Wellness Fairs

Join us as we celebrate our community’s health and wellness for National Health Center Week (NHCW) at our Wesley Health Centers – East Hollywood, Pasadena, and Lynwood North. We will provide:

• free glucose screenings
• free blood pressure screenings
• enrollment assistance
• giveaways and more.

You can also schedule your appointment for immunizations, sports and work physicals!
